Refund and Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY –
We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you. However, we'd be happy to exchange it in the following cases:
- The garment is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece and if same piece is not available then in that case you will be provided with the credit note on your mail address which is to be redeemed within 15 days of date of issuing of the discount code. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED
- Please note that if any garment has been customised for colour and size, it will not be eligible for an exchange/return.
- SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
- Please ensure that the tags and packaging should be intact and product(s) should be unused.
You can raise a request for exchange on exchange@desirelabelbykanika.com with the name and order number in the subject line and reason of exchange within 24 hrs of receiving the products.
Item is eligible for a exchange request only once.

If you'd like for us to arrange a reverse pick up, it will be at an additional cost as charged by our logistics company.
Kindly note, shipping charges for the above will be borne by the customer. Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will ship the new product.
In case of a Defect in the Product-
- An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your order summary
- The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect. (in that case opening video is compulsory)
In the above cases, We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures on our whats app number 8887803764. Once our team sees and approves the defect we will arrange a reverse pick up and will issue a credit note for the same amount which is to be redeemed within 15 days from the date of issue.
Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will ship the new product.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations are allowed in case the customise orders are not shipped within the dispatch time mentioned with the product due to any unforseen circumstances or due to any delay from our side.
Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number
If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please mail us on orders@desirelabelbykanika.com with the order number and changes required. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
Exchange / Return for International Orders
